A REST API with an OpenAPI spec for your system, and an MCP server for your AI assistant. The same key and the same operations in both. The documentation is available once you sign in.
A key only reaches your own organization. Fields owned by your property system are not overwritten, and every change shows up in the portal right away.
MCP is the standard that lets AI assistants like Claude and Cursor use tools. With Högre's MCP server, the assistant can read your listings and applications and, if the key allows it, update them.
The tools are the same operations as the API, so the assistant can never do more than the key allows.

Give the reporting integration read access to listings and the property system write access. Rotate a key without downtime, or revoke it with one click.
If you already sync from Momentum or Vitec, those fields are protected. The API rejects the change instead of it being overwritten at the next sync.
Contact details are only shared for applicants who applied to the listing themselves. A credit check only shows a summarized outcome, and personal identity numbers are never shared.
