No. Högre connects to Vitec, Momentum or a similar system you already use. No migration, no downtime. The notice to vacate in your system is enough to start the process.
No problem. You can run your queue in Högre with your own queue types and rules, and move your current queue over with everyone's queue time kept. If you would rather keep your own system, we work alongside it and handle the process around it. How closely we connect to your system is something we work out in the pilot.

All data is handled in line with GDPR. We only process the data the letting needs, applicants get clear information about how their data is used, and you as the landlord are the data controller, while Högre is the data processor under a data processing agreement.
